We have invited foreign consultants to provide a space for teachers to engage in reflective teaching discussions and peer support, assisting them in adapting to the English-medium teaching environment and enhancing teaching quality. The feedback which was provided is constructive and supportive, grounded in observed behaviors and teaching methods. Moreover, specific feedback allows instructors to apply and refine their teaching practices in the future.
